Hi, I’m Sydney

I am a full time student in my Masters of Counselling Psychology at City University of Seattle, I hold my Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations. I have deeply enjoyed a 13 year career in Communications and Marketing, but am excited to be making a pivot into Counselling Psychology. I have naturally gravitated to modalities of CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, and parts work, however I am keen to learn and embrace the modalities best supported by the practice. Throughout my career I have worked with a wide range of demographics and look forward to welcoming any and all individuals, couples or support groups willing to give therapy with an intern a try. I value positive organizational cultures and strive to support, learn, and grow in all environments.
